Utterly delicious, we take our signature babka dough, which is light and rich all at the same time, and enrobe it in with blueberry jam and lemon curd. The babka dough is made with free range locally sourced eggs, organic milk and European style butter. With the fruit jam and refreshing lemon curd, this babka is still a sweet treat, but itake probably the lightest of the babkas on our menu! 8 oz loaf.
