From Native American healers, to Europe and Asia, willow bark has been used in traditional herbalism and a mainstay in the temporary alleviation of aches and pains. Ingredients: Organic White Willow Bark (Salix alba). 2 oz. Loose Herbs Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min. Certified USDA Organic.
