Throughout the sessions, my therapist guided me to unlock the door to the knowledge that the light does not have to come from the end of tunnel, I already have all the light I need inside of me, and as I acknowledge this light it will shine brightly. The feeling I got with this revelation was overwhelming. I felt warm, full of energy, full of excitement... and although I was feeling drained before the session, I left feeling very alive.
