SHOOTING LESSON DEPOSIT

$25.00 ONLINE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID BEFORE ATTENDING YOUR LESSON. THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE PAID IN CASH AT END OF LESSON.  *PLEASE READ ENTIRE PAGE*  REQUIRED CLOTHING ON LESSON DAY  Wear something moveable and durable  No open toed shoes, no sandals, no slides no flip-flops and no tank tops  *MUST READ*RANGE SAFETY AND WAIVER By submitting deposit and attending your shooting lesson you agree to hold harmless Christopher Salvo, CS gun instruction, any range, any training site, any agents, affiliates, instructors and or contractors for any harm, injury, or death that may occur while training on the range. By submitting deposit and attending your lesson means you understand that Safety is number one priority and you will conduct yourself in a safe manner.  You will follow the direction and orders from your instructor at all times you will not deviate from any instruction or order. By submitting deposit and attending lesson you agree there is nothing legally preventing you from handling a firearm and you will not be under the influence of any alcohol, drugs or meditation that may impair your ability to function and make safe decisions. By submitting deposit and attending your lesson you understand there will be other persons using the range and you must keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction and assume it is loaded at all times. CS GUN INSTRUCTION, INSTRUCTORS AND CONTRACTORS reserves the right to stop, cancel and discontinue the lesson and training whenever the instructor deems something is unsafe or a range rule has been broken.  If you do not agree with this above statement, then do not submit deposit.  If you have any questions, you may reach back out to me, and I may clarify further.
