Fullblood wagyu shaved steak is ideal for cheesesteak style sandwiches, stir fry, fried rice, Japanese and Korean style rice bowl. It may also be used for Shabu shabu but see our note below. Our standard shaved steak is sliced from the Chuck eye, sirloin, sirloin tip, top and bottom round sub primals. Occasionally we slice Ribloin and striploin in a similar fashion for use in shabu shabu, when available it can be found as a separate product. Packages are approx 1 lb
