Its mission is to open markets, pay above fair trade, and reinvest revenues in agricultural and business development for rural communities. Some of the non-profit members live in Madison, WI! This coffee is beautiful, the quality of prep and consistency of the beans is impeccable. This is a blend called Three Mountains. It's a mix of three growing associations located in the Thiotte region of Haiti. Mare Blanche, Tete and Colin. Each grown in a separate high altitude area of the same region. Molly, who runs Singing Rooster with her husband Chris put this blend together to really bring forth the terroir of the area, a wonderful mix.
