  White romper, 100% cotton Printed with a full color transfer.   Designed, printed, and shipped by our small business in Pennsylvania Note: Santa hat is sold separately. Writing is a bit darker than fabric of hat. Please note: for just sizes NB & 0-3m, we are sold out of the "crew neck" style white romper for the remainder of the season and we are using a "foldover" style white romper.  Photo with differences noted in images.  Romper is also 1" longer than the size chart for crew neck rompers.
