Tillandsia Thelma O'Reilly (Tillandsia deppeana x Tillandsia achyrostachys)

Origins: Pam Koide hybrid Bloom: Intermediate, compound inflorescence with several pink to red elongated spikes and white/cream colored tubular flowers Light: Strong indirect or filtered light Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours.  Soak for up to 2 hours as necessary to rehydrate during hotter and drier months.  Base is slightly bulbous and can trap water so dry thoroughly if submerged   A very soft, elegant, and beautiful hybrid with a great shape and a killer bloom.  The soft green color of the leaves coupled with the beautiful color in the floral bracts make this a very attractive plant.  Named after long time horticulture enthusiast Thelma O'Reilly   Plant pictured is what you receive
