Origins: Guatemala Bloom: Large, compound inflorescence with multiple light salmon colored bracts and violet colored flowers Ideal for: Indoors/Outdoors Light: Strong indirect or filtered light, partial direct okay.  Full sun in some locations Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours.  Likely won't need soaking   Similar in shape to xerographica, zacapanensis is a large rosette shaped plant that can span up to two feet across,  Found growing on rocks naturally, this species is best kept potted with rocks as the potting medium.  Can tolerate a lot of light, here in parts of Southern California is can grow in full sun
