Ethiopia Guji Goro Badesa

Tasting Notes: Fig, Raspberry, Black Tea Producer: Multiple Location: Guji - Habtamu Fikadu Aga Uraga Site Altitude: 2,021 – 2,100 masl Process: Washed Summer has arrived, which means new Ethiopian offerings have too! Our first of the year is a washed coffee that was produced by multiple farmers in the Hambela district within the Guji Zone of Ethiopia. The washing station in Goro Badesa sits 2,100 meters above sea level, a very high altitude for coffee producing.  We find this to be a mellow, yet fruity, coffee with the sweetness of figs and raspberries. The body and finish are reminiscent of a flavored black tea. We hope you enjoy this offering as much as we do!
