Description: In making Puer Tuocha, the more mature leaves are selected in summer, sun-dried, steamed, and then shaped into bowls with a bit of moisture to allow a natural fermentation. This process darkens the leaves' color as it ages. It is an idea tea to pair with savory dishes and has an earthy, woody, and often nutty flavor.
