Little Apple Treats - Blood Orange, Guava, Passionfruit Shrub

The history of POG, or Pineapple-Orange-Guava, is murky at best. Was it invented in Maui by Mary Soon in the 20s? Or Charlie Nalepa in the 70s? What we do know is that it's a delicious combination! For this shrub, we changed it up and added Blood Oranges, which go beautifully with the California-grown passionfruit and white guava. All our shrubs make great non-alcoholic drinks or mocktails for the sober curious looking for an alcohol alternative beverage. Shrubs are great for grocery stores (N/A drinks are a fast-growing category) and are great for grocery stores, bottle shops, olive oil shops, and specialty grocers. How to use it: Try it in a cocktail with coconut rum, or mixed with coconut water and lots of crushed ice for a tropical mocktail.
