  Ethiopian artisans skillfully intertwine organic cotton to form two broad sheets, stitching together a center seam to craft a timeless textile. Symbolizing faith, a gabi is traditionally donned in pristine whites, but can also serve as clothing, tapestry, twin bedspread, tablecloth, scarf,  infant wrap, or shawl.
