Herbal Soak Sitz Bath Blend

Herbal soak blends are to be used when you currently have a contraindication to vaginal steaming, and you cannot steam. Instances when vaginal steaming is contraindicated and you absolutely should not steam:  Fresh menses (blood) Herpes outbreak Pregnancy Spontaneous bleeding- if you are experiencing a second period, any abnormal fresh bleeding/fresh spotting. When trying to conceive-please wait 2 weeks after ovulation has occurred.  If you do not want the hassle of cleaning up a mess after your herbal bath, you can use a tea bag or cheesecloth with a rubber band tied to eliminate mess or use you may opt to use a strainer when draining your bathtub.  **NOTE** It is not recommended to choose any blend if you have not had your menstrual cycle analyzed by Cup, Teas & Steam.
