NYÜBU Mountain Balm

NYÜBU Mountain Balm. Nyübu is a captivating forest balm that is crafted for the true mountain spirit. It contains the essences and infusions of the plants of our sacred mountains. We intentionally crafted this after a vision we had one snowy night in our cabin. We wanted to create a sensual silky balm that could protect our skin during these cold dry winter months. We contemplated how we could compose it to be a representation of the forest and mountains in our area. "In Buddhism there is a questing action called Nyübu. Which means to go into the mountains in order to understand oneself and to remake ones connection to the Great. It is a very old ritual related to the cycles of preparing the earth, sowing, and harvesting.
