El Paeller Vegan Wood-Fired Paella Base

A pantry staple in Chef Katie Button’s home! This wood-fired paella broth is rich, flavorful, and bursting with a depth of flavor to enhance any rice dish. We use half a kilo of selected fresh vegetables for each liter of broth, guaranteeing exceptional flavor and quality with the European Vegan Food certificate guarantee. The broth is prepared from over two pounds of veggies, including young garlic, white cabbage, turnips, leeks, and carrots, as well as an assortment of 100% natural ingredients made without any industrial processes, preservatives, or additives. Just classic Mediterranean ingredients are expertly cooked with care. Vegetables are sauteed until golden brown for maximum flavor and then cooked low and slow a la leña (over the fire) for added smokiness and depth.
