This project lands squarely in the middle of both of those values. When there are so many products to be purchased, so many olive oil choices on the shelf, it takes looking a level deeper to really be able to choose with our hearts.Through the Adopt an Olive Tree program, the Apadrina un Olivo project has sparked a renaissance: nurturing ancient trees, creating jobs, and rekindling the spirit of a community that once faced the risk of becoming a ghost town due to depopulation.
