Aluminum Acetate is used for mordanting cellulosic fibers - paper, cotton, linen, bamboo and rayon. Dissolve 1 tsp alum acetate in a quart jar of hot water. Use at 5% of Aluminum Acetate per pound of fabric or fiber. For mordanting paper: Net Weight: 1/2 oz Heath and Safety Do not ingest. Do not breathe dust. Wear protective gloves, safety goggles and a dust mask when handling fine mordants. WARNING! HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED OR INHALED.
