Comte AOP Marcel Petite 12 month

Before these guys, Comte looked like Emmental - with big holes/eyes. This particular Come was aged in a special place as well - old fort St. Antoine. Aromas of hazelnuts, fried onions and spring berries shine over an undercurrent of cut grass, wet earth, and straw. There is a humble, everyday perfection in these wheels; herbaceous and fruity, and kissed with deep, heavy cream. Aged for a minimum of 12 month. Ingredients: fresh part-skim cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes. CONTAINS: MILK
