Teli Hungarian Salami

Teli is Hungarian style salami made in the USA. Teli means "winter" in Hungarian and has a long story of production: long before the advent of modern refrigeration salami could only be made during winter months. Teli salami has an extremely mild, butter-like texture, accentuated with gentle touch of spices, and slight savor of smoke. Evolving on your palate, it has pleasant, almost sweet finish. Ingredients: pork, salt, spices, sugar, dextrose, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite.
