Like a molasses cookie in a jar, our collaboration with Cambridge, MA's beloved Sofra bakery captures the warm, caramelly aroma and flavor of their signature treat. Cinnamon, vanilla, clove, and ginger combine with an extra-moist organic dark brown sugar to create a gently spiced sweetener delicious in coffee, tea, or cocoa. Sprinkle it on oatmeal, fruit, or muffins. Wonderful for making cocktail simple syrups or overnight French toast.
