These are very large bipolar palm-shaped pads that work well for massaging the lower back. They wrap well in other areas as well, use your imagination!    Sizing note: 25mm=1 inch. That makes these roughly 8 inches long, 4 inches wide at the end and tapering to 3 inches in the middle.    **All pads can be purchased as single sheets or in packs of 3, 5 or 10 at reduced pricing.
