A courtesy call will be made if payment has not been received once items are sharpened. Items can not be returned till payment is received.  FREE SHIPPING OVER $65 $400 of shipping insurance is included in every order. You are obligated to pack your item(s) for shipping in manner that keeps them from being damaged in transit (e.g. wrap individually in newspaper or paper towels). Basic and Dog grooming shears meet the following criteria: Were purchased for under ~$100 Not a convex/honed edge May have micro serrations on one of both blades Custom Sharpening uses German factory machines to put the factory serrations back on your shears!
