OUR PATCHES ARE ADHESIVE ONLY, by process of pre-backed hot press, glue or peal and stick...However, no matter the adhesive all our patches go through a heat cycle to ensure proper attachment... Our leatherette patches come in a variety of premade shapes, sizes and colors. Patches burn/etch in black unless otherwise noted with the /color (black/silver would burn silver)...stitching colors may vary... You can also create your own exclusively custom patch that is cut to the shape of your art and/or text.  -Select Custom Cut from shape drop down menu then material color -Create your customized patch in our configurator, we will apply custom cut mask to it and send to you for final approval.  THE CONFIGURATOR DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY ADJUST FOR BURN COLOR. PLEASE SELECT BURN COLOR AS NEEDED...
