ErgoSentry: Full-size Merc Stealth replacement

Update (3 September 2025): We currently have 10 ErgoSentry Plus ANSI/ISO orders and 4 ErgoSentry ANSI orders remaining to fulfill. Due to various issues, we ran out of Plus-sized cases but we are expecting more to arrive within about 2 weeks.
