Many water pressure reduction applications involve water that has a high concentration of sand. Sandy water results in frequent integral strainer cleaning. the Model 600XL is just the regulator for these applications. The Model 600XL has its strainer accessible through a separate cap. Unlike other regulator designs that require disassembly of the valve, the Model 600XL s screen is accessed by the removal of a single cap. This will drastically reduce the time need to clean the strainer screen. The 600XL is equipped with a union inlet connection and a female NPT outlet connection.
