Each cultivar is interpreted through one terroir and showcases a distinctive, relish-worthy profile. This set includes Okumidori, Tsuyuhikari and Asanoka from Kirishima, Okumidori and Goko from Tenryu, as well as Uji Okumidori, Toyota Komokage, Chausubaru Yamanoibuki, Kitsuki Saemidori and Okabe Yabukita. The entire packet contents can be stored in the Cuzen hopper, where leaves will stay fresh for about a month in a dry environment and a bit less in a humid environment.  Each tea is available individually, and we also offer a Matcha Discovery Set (Set of 3). We recommend using a spare Ceramic Mill Unit and Mill Unit Case for easy switching between teas.
