60's-70's Floral Fit & Flare dress (XS-S)

Adorable 60's-70's fit & flare dress. Comes in a very sweet floral pattern with bright hues of blue, green, pink and yellow. Features a sleeveless top with fitted waist, flared out skirt, and fastens at the back with a zipper.  Colors: Various shades of blue, pink, green, yellow. Brand: Appears to be handmade based on the tag present. Fabric: Not listed, feels like cotton or a cotton blend. Very lightweight & does NOT have any stretch. Condition: Excellent vintage condition, no major flaws observed, besides a minor mark at the hem of the dress (refer to the 4th pic, left side). This item has been cleaned and is ready-to-wear.MEASUREMENTS:Best fits a XS-Small; however PLEASE refer to the flat measurements provided below:Waist: 14"Hips: 20.5"Bust: 17”Total length: 35” Arm opening: 7”   Model reference: 5'5, 34" bust, 28" waist, 38" hips. The dress was too small in the bust area and slightly small on the waist. Would not recommend for someone with similar measurements.
