The stock E-Tec 800 muffler weighs just shy of 16 lbs. Our Full Velocity lightweight muffler weighs only 6.25 lbs! Go ahead and have another cheeseburger, this muffler saves the weight for you. You will also notice more throttle response and quicker acceleration without losing HP, unlike most competitors. This muffler actually gained 2 peak HP over stock! Our unique baffle design which never needs repacking has a deep throaty sound without being loud. Easy bolt-on performance! Our Full Velocity muffler includes a sensor bung for the stock sensor. Optional for 2011-13 800 Models: This adapter will cause the sled to run leaner. This is necessary for models which lose peak RPM because the sensor reads too hot. We recommend not running this adapter until you notice a problem with your 2014 models should not use this sensor adapter as it will seem to make the sled run too cool.
