About Wild Strawberry:  A few summers ago, my youngest daughter began spotting tiny red berries in our yard with pure delight. She’d gather them up in her little hands, convinced she’d discovered treasure. I wasn’t sure they were edible at first, but after a bit of research, I learned they were indeed wild strawberries—small, sweet, and completely real. They’ve since become a simple reminder to me of nature’s quiet abundance and how joy often arrives in unexpected, humble forms. Fragaria virginiana.
