MicroCure DTO 6ET is a one-part hydrophobic and oleophobic coating formulated for ice and water repellency. MicroCure has excellent resistance to solvents and UV-light. Substrates for MicroCure include plastic, metal, glass, ceramic and painted surfaces. MicroCure can be applied by dip, wipe, spray, draw, roll or brushing. When well-cured, contact angles to water greater than 95° and roll-off angles of less than 5° can be achieved. MicroCure is water, ice, and snow repellent. MicroCure has been shown to reduce ice accumulation significantly on refrigerator evaporator coils and stainless steel. Size: 100 grams (in 125 ml bottle) Application methods: Wipe, metered rod, curtain, immersion, dip, spray etc. Curing: Room temperature 12 hours (or heat at 150°C for 90 minutes) Color: Transparent Water contact angle: over 95°
