MicroCure DTO 40 is a hydrophobic and oleophobic coating formulated for stencils and other metal devices.  MicroCure has excellent resistance to paste, solvents and abrasion.  MicroCure can be applied by simple wipe-on methods. When well-cured, contact angles to water greater than 95° and roll-off angles of less than 5° can be achieved. MicroCure is omniphobic.  MicroCure forms a hard shell around devices that prevents water, water-vapor, and pollutant ingress, preventing corrosion.  MicroCure DTO 40 is also ice repellent by reducing ice-adhesion strength on stainless steel by over 50%. Microcure is UV-light resistant and lasts 3 to 5 years in extreme sunlight.      Size: 100 grams (125 ml bottle) Application method: Wipe, brush, spray, or dip.  To brush-on or wipe-on a thin layer, 10 drops of MicroCure can be applied to the end of a brush and applied onto the substrate in a crosshatch pattern.
