DESCRIPTION: Quick and easy seasoning sauce mix to make ma po tofu dish. INGREDIENTS: Bean sauce, chili, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt, canola oil, anise. DIRECTIONS: Cut up 400-500g in cubes.  Heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and the sauce mix in a pot.  Add a little water or soup and beancurd to pot.  Sprinkle a little cornstarch and scallion, mix and serve.  Optional - cook some minced pork separately and then add to beancurd and sauce.   Net Wt.: 50 Bags/case - 150g, 3 Servings
