It has elastic in the back for stretch. Buttons in the front for embellishment and 2 black bows as well. Unique and open dress perfect for the summer with a loop in the back for easy tie the long straps. All dresses in my shop are cut and handmade by me. I use and industrial straight stitch sewing machine and serge all seams for a professional and clean look. ***Care Instructions*** Wash delicate in cold water and dry in low heat or hang dry.
