Antonia Baptism Candles | 17" & 24" Thick

The charm level is high for this candle set with its soft colors and unique materials. Fabric bows in soft white and blush pink adorn the large candle, while the smaller candles feature their own uniquely styled bows. This handmade design can be purchased as a set (one 24” lambatha and two 17” candles) or individually in both sizes. Your choice to add a mini icon of Christ or the Theotokos on the larger lambatha.  Icons separately are available for purchase here. In a Greek Baptism, the godparent (“nonos” or “nona”) holds the 30” candle. The 17” candles are small enough to be easily held by children or any other participant going around the font. After the Baptism sacrament, the larger candle is used for the three Sundays following Baptism when the newly baptized receives Holy Communion.
