Smooth with a medium body and acidity. A slight tang and beautifully balanced. Recommended Roast: Medium     An excellent Mexican grown coffee that we are proud to offer. Grown around an extinct volcano in fertile soils, and entirely above 4000 feet in elevation which results in a slower maturing of the coffee beans, and a fuller depth of flavor. We have found a medium roast is perfect for this great coffee!
