Story of the Bean This coffee originates from Lima Coffee, a cooperative of 400 coffee farmers in Peru's Cajamarca region. The organic, fairtrade Arabica coffee is notably mild, rendering it extremely versatile for both single-origin use and as an excellent component in blends. Peru ranks among the top five producers and exporters of Arabica coffee. The farms are typically small, with approximately 30% operating as cooperatives.
