The case measures approximately 18x18 and comfortably fits an 18x18 pillow insert, which is not included. The Pillow Inserts can be found at your local craft store, Walmart or Amazon, usually by the craft or fabric sections. We suggest using an 18" pillow insert or smaller. The 18" insert will fill the pillow. To insert the pillow, we suggest squeezing the pillow as you push it into the insert to ensure you do not
