Cabbage: Megaton

Megaton. The name says it all. High Mowing Seeds says that this mega-cabbage has "blemish free, huge heads that can measure up to 16 inches in diameter and remain tender and sweet with a mild cabbage flavor. The small core offers an incredible amount of usable leaves that have a wonderful eating quality. An excellent processing cabbage. Plant 24 inches apart." It also has some resistance to fusarium (fungal disease).
