Tigers are the largest cats in the world. They are majestic animals to be respected, but are prone to exploitation as can be seen in the Netflix mini-series “Tiger King” which debuted in March of 2020. With more tigers living in captivity than in the wild, and knowing that the population of wild tigers dropped from 100,000 to less than 4,000 in the last hundred years, it’s hard to argue against responsible, law abiding private ownership.
