Mushrooms - Lion's Mane

Orders ship every Tuesday or Wednesday The Lion's Mane Mushroom is a superb gourmet mushroom. They can be found on dead trees in North America, China, Europe, and Japan.  Also a great mushroom for novice mushroom hunters because no dangerous lookalikes exist!  We grow these on hardwood sawdust that is supplemented with bran. Lion's Mane is also considered a medicinal mushroom and can be found in pill form at many health stores.  Cook this mushroom in oil on medium high heat until golden brown and finish with a small amount of buttter.  It goes great with garlic and onions.  Try serving with rice and soy sauce.
