The raccoons we offer all come from the north. Mostly they come from Minnesota and east to Michigan. Some come from Canada.  Our tanning is professional and done by a company that has been in the business for decades.Premium GradeThese are our best raccoons. Good faces and longer hair then our medium grades. No noticeable holes or rubs. Medium GradeThese may have minor flaws such as a small hole or a face that has large eyeholes. The fur may be a bit shorter than the premium grade (still very well furred). Imperfect GradeThese raccoons will have some type of damage to them. It may be a rip, bare spot, raggedy face, etc. These are a great value for the price. Coat Coon Pelt/Fur is designed for sewing and making coats & blankets. They AVERAGE 36" in length. These pelts have no noticeable defects. No Tail These are medium grade pelts that do not have a tail attached. Length is measured tip to tip All wild animals vary. We try to represent the pelts as accurately as possible.
