This album on ATCO records was released in 1969, even though the band had broken up in 1968. This CD contains some great songs including: For What It's Worth, Mr Soul, Sit Down, I Think I Love You, Kind Woman, Bluebird, On The Way Home, Nowadays Clancy Can't Even Sing, Broken Arrow, Rock And Roll Woman, I Am A Child, Go And Say Goodbye and Expecting To Fly. This CD is special in as much as the original songs were recorded on analog equipment. An attempt to preserve as closely as possible, the sound of the original recording. With a name taken from a brand of steamroller, Buffalo Springfield was formed in Los Angeles in 1966 with Stephen Stills on guitar, keyboards and vocals, Dewey Martin wad drums and vocals, Bruce Palmer on bass, Neil Young on guitar, harmonica, keyboards and vocals and Richie Furay was guitar and vocals. The band signed with Atlantic Records in 1966 and released their debut single "Nowadays Clancy Can't Even Sing" and it became a big hit in the Los Angeles area. T
