The tutu bodice is made with stretch white satin and is decorated with silver sequins and appliques. The deep V cut of the bodice makes the line of this tutu irresistible. The Russian line tutu skirt has 10 layers of gun tacked fine white net and the length of the platter is 14". A hoop is inserted in the skirt.
