This large shrub/small tree begins in vase-shape and rounds out in form with maturity. Large, lobed bright green leaves turn golden yellow in fall. White blooms clusters in mid- to late-spring resemble small Martagon lilies with long yellow anthers. Green then dark blue berries follow the blooms.
