To share our joy with friends near and far, Nicholas and our Confections team dreamt up this decadent Collection, an ode to the classic carol The Twelve Days of Christmas, which chronicles a dozen increasingly elaborate Yuletide gifts. In our most elaborate house-crafted Collection of the year, Nicholas and team interpret each day’s gift in exquisite confectionery form, evoking sleek birds and twirling entertainers via twelve imaginative recipes. Fillings are informed by classic French and Italian desserts, traditional seasonal flavors, and decadent local ingredients: an elegant holiday celebration of taste.
