Penelope is is based off a traditional pinafore style.  The front is apron style with decorative shell buttons on the bodice.  The back has a gorgeous V cut and is button down with a large bow at the waist!  Under the arms, you will find elastic for added modesty and flexible fit.  There is a full circle skirt that is perfect for twirling!  The entire dress is lined and there is a gorgeous eyelet lace lining the bottom of the lining.  The gingham is is minty/sea foam color.     All dresses come with bloomers and are ready to ship.  Please check the size charts as all sales are final!
