"THE ILLUSION OF TIME" - 24" X 36"

24" x 36" Original acrylic on canvas. What is time? Does time actually pass or is there only ever the present? Albert Einstein stated "The distinction between past, present, and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion." Theoretical physicist Carlo Rovelli concludes "There is no evidence for time" and that "time does not exist". What if this were true? What if the passing of time is simply a human construct that exists only to help us make sense of what we see and experience.
