19th C. English Prattware Pottery Meat Jar with Transferware Hunt Scene

This small 19th century English Prattware pottery meat paste jar features beautiful green and black transferware printed hunt scene artwork that wraps around the jar.  Though it's original use was quite utilitarian, this jar is the perfect size for displaying on a shelf or arranging pretty pens on a desk.  Maker's mark present on the bottom. Dimensions:  Approx. 4" tall x 2.75" in diameter Condition:  In very good used condition. No chips, cracks or breaks. This is an antique item and therefore is in "used" condition.
