Medium Resistance Our glute band resistance has been redesigned for 2022. This resistance is perfect / the "sweet spot" of glute bands. We have made the overall band a bit bigger and increase the elasticity.  Each glute band comes with rubber strips on the inside that will prevent the band from riding up your leg as you exercise.
